Inkjet labels
Inkjet labels are, obviously, labels printed using inkjet printers. These types of devices use solvent and pigment inks for printing.
How do inkjet printers work?
Inks are applied on paper by means of the head, the most important component of an inkjet printer. The head coats the print media with ink via numerous nozzles. Each colour in the printer (yellow, cyan and magenta) has its own row of nozzles, and mixing the colours results in full colour printing. Inkjet printers allow black printing as well.
There are two nozzle types. With the piezoelectric method, the vibration of crystals under electrical voltage ejects ink from the nozzles. In the thermal print method, the nozzle is heated briefly, which creates an air bubble that pushes the ink out of the nozzle.

What distinguishes inkjet labels?
In the past, inkjet models were the most popular printers for private and office use, but over time they have been replaced by laser printers. Nevertheless, they are still used in industrial applications, including label printing. Their main advantage is their colour printing performance. This use of an inkjet printer is less expensive in certain circumstances and, in addition, can offer greater colour printing possibilities.
In the past, inkjet printers stood apart from other devices due to (among other things) their low performance and slow printing. However, this problem has been eliminated in modern models which we use.

Due to the properties of the ink, inkjet labels are made of a special, absorbent material designed specifically for inkjet printing. As already stated, they offer excellent quality in both colour and monochrome printing.
The inkjet labels that we offer
We print inkjet labels on specialised equipment from renowned brands, especially Epson, Primera, Vortex (SpeedStar). To constantly adapt to market needs, we have different types of labels in continuous production. We can therefore offer:
- Inkjet paper labels,
- Film inkjet labels. Unlike paper labels, these are characterised by extended service life when exposed to the elements,
- We also have several hundred different die-cutters, so we can match the size of the labels to most applications.
