Logistics labels - reliable solutions for the transport and storage industry

Logistics labels play a key role in the efficient management of goods in logistics, warehousing and transport. Our warehouse and parcel labels are designed for demanding working conditions - they are durable, legible and fully compatible with scanning and identification systems.

Typical logistics labels contain information about the product, its quantity, date of manufacture, production batch number and many other features in the form of text and in the form of a 128 barcode and, increasingly, 2D codes (especially DataMatrix). The most common standard among logistics labels are those that comply with GS1 requirements, the VDA standard (especially in the automotive sector), as well as transport labels such as ODETTE or GALIA.

Using application identifiers (IZ), GS1 128 and GS1 DataMatrix barcodes can contain a wide variety of information. Such an IZ identifier can consist of two to four digits and is printed in brackets below the symbol along with the information it describes.

A single GS1 DataMatrix code or GS1 128 barcode can encode different types of information, for example:

  • GTIN (Global Trade Unit Number)
  • Dates
  • Weight
  • Serial number
  • SSCC number

At IBCS Poland, we not only print, but also create labels according to GS1 standards.

If you need such labels, but do not know how to make them, contact us for GS1 labels and SSCC labels.

We offer a wide range of labels that support the automation and optimisation of logistics processes:

  • Warehouse labels - ideal for labelling racks, shelves and products in warehouses.
  • Address labels - make it easier to accurately label parcels and packages.
  • Courier labels - ensure fast and error-free sorting and identification of shipments.
  • Pallet labels - enable efficient pallet management in transport and storage.
  • RFID labels - allow the automatic tracking of the flow of goods and increase the efficiency of logistics.
  • Thermal logistics labels and thermal transfer logistics labels - adapted for thermal and thermal transfer printing, they enable the rapid application of barcodes, QR codes, and address data.

Our logistics labels are distinguished by:

  • resistance to abrasion, moisture, temperature fluctuations and dirt,
  • wide range of formats and roll diameters - suitable for both office and industrial printers,
  • the possibility of personalisation to meet the specific needs of a logistics company, courier operator or manufacturing company.

Using high-quality logistics labels is an investment that:

  • improves control of the flow of goods,
  • minimises the number of mistakes,
  • increases work efficiency,
  • saves time and money.

Choose logistics labels that meet the expectations of your industry and ensure reliability in your daily work!

IBCS Poland is a member of the GS1 partner programme, which is why it is particularly important for us to eliminate logistical errors resulting from illegible codes on labels.

We help our clients to ensure that the codes they print are always 100% compliant with ISO, ANSI, GS1 and global quality/accuracy standards.

A simple reader is not enough to confirm the quality of a code. So how do we do it?

We check the quality of the codes using specialised certified equipment, made by the American company COGNEX, which we also have.

If you have a problem with logistics labels, so that your deliveries are rejected and you receive financial penalties for this, please contact us and we will help you free of charge!

We will show you where exactly the problem lies and how to solve it.

Codes printed with the support of IBCS Poland mean 100% compliance with the standards for ISO 29158, ISO 15415, ISO 15416 and VDA requirements for labels.
