Stick the labels on without any adhesive residue up to a million times.
All labels are typically applied permanently, so that their shelf life is as long as possible. However, there are processes which require labels to be applied for a short period of time, then to be removed and replaced with new labels. One of such examples are VDA labels present on KLT containers which are used during production, for transporting medical supplies, and in the logistics or automotive industries.
Once a particular process has been completed, the containers are transported to the beginning of the production line or returned to circulation, where the old label is replaced by a new one. Often, however, the label does not peel off completely, leaving adhesive and label residue, which not only disturbs the aesthetic appeal, but can also make it difficult to read barcodes or other important information correctly. Does it always have to be this way?
To meet customer expectations and for the sake of proper product identification, we offer non-stick labels, sometimes referred to as base or backing labels. These are specialised labels that are permanently affixed to the container, where the top layer of the label has a coating that allows the labels to be re-applied and peeled off easily, with no adhesive residue left behind. We can produce labels in any size and design, with an adhesive to match the container.
